CONNECT CASE STUDY
Phase-5 is a leading Canadian market research company sending incentive based survey campaigns on behalf of some of Canada’s largest financial institutions.
Scenario
Phase-5 approached Tekside experiencing very low survey response rates. After initial diagnostics, Tekside determined deliverability was the main concern, as we saw an Inbox Placement Rate of 55.7%, very low for the industry.
SOLUTION
Tekside moved Phase-5 over to TeksideCONNECT. They also identified 8 short term and 5 long term recommendations to Phase-5’s email operations, which were immediately implemented. A 6 week warm up and improvement plan was developed and implemented within 7 days of initial contact.
Within 4 weeks Phase-5 experienced massive increases to inbox placement rate and survey response rates. IPR jumped to 98.8%, meaning they were no longer paying for emails to land in the junk folder. Open, click and survey response rate increases were realized across multiple clients within the first 2 months of the engagement.
